I am researching the connection between historical and contemporary themes in art and archaeology during my residency at Cookham Abbey. Inspired by the excavation of this Anglo Saxon monastic settlement, I work outside alongside archaeologists on location and in my studio in Cookham drawing, printmaking and creating 3D work. My training in Theatre Design and Illustration continues to influence the development of my work.
